项目介绍
该项目计划试运行两年，主要目的是吸引海外企业家在远离人口密集的偏远社区创办企业，以推动当地社区的经济发展，并且为当地社区创造更多的就业机会。该项目强调，申请人必须前往BC省内人口稀少的偏远地区运营企业，且拥有不低于51%的企业股份，并解决至少一个新增雇员的工作岗位。
在此试点项目中，卑诗省省提名计划将与不到75,000人的社区合作，有资格参加试点计划的社区必须距离超过75,000人口的城市中心30公里以上
